About Me

Phoebe Sansom

I am a neurological physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience in hospital-based practice. Over this time, I have been involved in interview panels, mentored students, and supported colleagues through the interview process.

Alongside my clinical work, I have enjoyed contributing to the broader development of the physiotherapy profession through involvement in committees, professional development initiatives, and healthcare working groups. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of the skills, communication, and professionalism required to succeed within the healthcare environment.

I am passionate about helping allied health clinicians build confidence, structure their responses, and present their experience clearly and authentically in interviews.
